During virtual monitoring visit and review of MERIT, licensor determined that FHCC provider Jessica Stewart must complete the following courses as they have expired: Safe Sleep - expired 1/18/2022; First-Aid - expireed 9/5/2022 Terexa Martinez (Asst.): First-Aid/CPR - expired 9/5/2022 FHCC Provider Jessica Stewart also needs to complete the following: Medication management, emergency prepardeness, Recognizing nd reporting Child Abuse & Neglect, Prevention & identificaton of Shaken Baby syndrome.
